We live in Baguio city and we want to transfer to a new location. We use Globe at Home broadband service. We are trying every mean possible to contact Globe but there is no way they can be accessed.
We tried calling their hotline but there is option in the automatic responding machine for location transfer.
We tried to get access to them through their messenger service but there is no response from human agent although they say that an agent well contact shortly.
We tried the location transfer option on the Globe at Home application but after completing all the steps in the app, they simply say their is no Globe at Home service in the address we specified, which is not true because their are other people in the same building using Globe at Home service.
We went to their office on Baguio city but they do not allow someone inside, simply recommending that you install their Globe at Home app.
As we are transferring to the new house in three days, we do not know how to seek their attention to solve the problem.
Looking forward to hearing from someone a helping answer.
