Globe Telecom - Horrible Customer Service

I have Pre-paid Globe at home. Not 1 time have anyone EVER loaded my device and gotten it right the 1st time. Globe Giasano fiesta in tabunok or SM Seaside Cebu. And whats worse , they dont act like they care. Or that someone has to pay taxi fare to get there. Either hire people that know what their doing or hire CODE writers that know what they are going!!!! Think im going to go with SMART.

Globe Telecom - ROAMING WITHOUT SIGNAL!!! SHITTY GLOBE

Its my first time to work abroad and first time to use GLOBE roaming. The girl in the Globe booth help me to do the roaming in my phone then i paid her 500. She told me that i can use it now here in Singapore. After many months until NOW there’s NO SIGNAL!!! I tried many ways until now zero result!!! *** GLOBE BRING BACK MY MONEY!!!
