How to block my lost sim card

My postpaid plan

I renew or recontract my postpaid plan with a free phone and when I checked One Globe app they are charging me for the free phone. WHY I AM PAYING FOR THE FREE PHONE?

No Wifi in our Area

Hi i would like to inform ur repair office regarding our wifi connection. Until now our wifi is not working. My Address is Pulo 1 Dalahican Cavite City. Updating of my plan to the system

I have been experiencing slow internet connection since jan 2021. A globe technician advised me to email my concern to globe telecom to update my plan 1899 in the system to make my internet connection faster. At present the speed is only 15mbps. My account is 87791**** in the name of my husband as the account holder rolando asufra.

Load concern

Nagload ako kahapon ng Go+99 thru gcash sa number ko 0927688**** pero hindi naregister ang load kahit nakaltasan ako sa aking gcash. Papatungan ko sana yung existing ko na Go+99 kahapon para di masayang yung remaining data pero dahil hindi naload kaya naexpire na lang yung Go+99 ko kahapon din ng umaga at nasayang na ang load ko. Tapos nagload ako ng regular load 100 thru gcash kahapon din pero di din pumasok ang load kahit nakaltasan ulit ang gcash wallet ko. Ibalik nyo load ko at yung remaining data ko na nasayang dahil di nagregister yung panibago kong Go+99.

Worst costumer service

I renewed my plan the other day to gplan 499 sim only wid incl.unli call &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; txt to all network incl.landline now as i check csr of globe said that unlicalls to all network and landline is just introductory and after i month if i need to txt or talk to other network i will be charged!!!,! What happened to your human costumer service the people answering your msg at fb messenger needs a little training different costumer service different answers MY GOD IVE BEEN WITH GLOBE SINCE year 2000!!!! What happened to your loyalty subscribers

I bought load from gcash account and corresponding amount was deducted from my gcash balance yet until now i did not receive yet my load.

I tried another load but still did not receive. Please take necessary action on this matter before i get pissed off on your service. I am not wasting my money for poor service.
