Globe Telecom - Worst Customer Service

Everytime we have concerns or disputes on wrong billing, issues not resolved right away, either you have to call back again or worst wait for months and make numerous calls/follow-up before its finally resolved. Reasons for this is Mostly due to their Agents efficiency. Or intentional giving of wrong info.
