Double billings are sent towards the end of the year (3 years in a row now). You pay your actual billing, you get disconnected anyway, because you didnt pay the same billing that was sent after your payment.

Trying to resolve this has taken almost a month now, to no avail! Every single time you inquire you have to give them everything from scratch, spelling the problem and the solution out for them every time (About 8 times now) and low and behold IT IS STILL NOT RESOLVED!

If you want a reliable phone line, customer service and just go about your day, DO NOT GO INTO BUSINESS WITH GLOBE! However if you have nothing else to do, dont really need your phone and would like an additional full time job without pay for a month, without a phone line or internet, by all means, use this company, I promise you they will keep you busy!

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Preferred solution: Get your *** together! Stop harrassing loyal customers, provide compensation for the ones sent through *** and back! .

Globe Telecom Cons: Lot unprofessional customer service and supervisors, Takes long to resolve a complaint, Real bad service, Double billings, Need customer to fix globes mistakes.
