Dear Globe,

I would like to send a complaint regarding the crew who did not performed his duties. This afternoon at 1pm our internet connection was dropped for no valid reasons.

We found out that a crew is working on the lines here in our area I would like to emphasized that from morning till 1pm there is no problem with the connection, nung ginalaw at pinakialaman na nila doon na nag ka problem , sa modem nag LOS na naman, so meaning no connection, we experienced this for 2 weeks after ng bagyo, ilang beses ginawa ng transbio walang nangyari puro porma ang crew pero wala silang ginawa di nabalik ang lines, and I am asking for almost 2 weeks pero binabayaran ng buo, ang nakagawa lang ng maayos yung crew na galling pa ng Nueva Viscaya pero ngayon po ala naman bagyo, ginalaw lang ng crew dahil nagpalit ng linya pero di nila nabalik ang connection.

Nakaka dismaya na po ang service nyo, kasi una ang bagal po ng response sa customer service nyo, like sa Globe Marilao, ang haba haba ng pila pero wala naman action na nangyayari. Tapos ngayon sa connection ng net, di nap o sulit yung binabayad ng consumer nyo sa inyo.

Nakaka disappoint na po. Wala lang sana to kung ginagamit lang sa laro o libanagan, pero ginagamit po naming sa work, sa hanapbuhay, so affected po kami.

I hope proper attention and action will be put on this matter.
