Re: Request to terminate my account
I, Allyn Azote Eg-ogan, a resident of P-12 a. Dreamland, Barangay San Vicente, Butuan City, a Globe Broadband subscriber for the past 8 months now and I have been continuously experiencing serious issues with the contract in LTE Globe plan.
I will just have to file a protest to cut off or terminate my account. I thought that I have only 6 months contract in Globe because one of your agents named Mary Grace Comora, told me that I could change my plan from LTE to fiber when it there is a vacant box. Knowing that from the day of installation I told them that I would like a Fiber plan. But she promised me that they will replace it from wired LTE to fiber in 6 months.
When 2 months came, I followed up and they said that I could have a Globe fiber but using a different name for they can request for termination on my account after my 6-month contract. And so, I applied for FIBER and successfully have it using the name of my sister in law(Jocel May E. Collado). So, I already have two payments every month which is really a burden for me.
Now, I was just surprised because according to one of you representative of Globe Center, it has been locked in for 24 months.
May I request to terminate my account with the account number 88481**** and change the owners name in account number 88502****? It is with my deep regret to trust some of your agents.
I am hoping for your immediate action with this matter.
