Dec 22 tinawagan ako ng loyalty dept. Nyu sabi merun offer!upto 50mbps for 2 years naka lock in na yan ang babayaran ko lang ay P2,299.

Again for 2 years daw! So syempre nag yes ako. Peru bakit ngayun 2 times na.your billing me 2,499+ addons? Sabi ng babaeng yun ang ad ons good for 3 months walang charge free.peru kahit e check nyu never namin ginamit yun!

Bakit naman kayu ganyan.I always pay on time. Dinispute ko na ito sa mismong globe branch last month sabi ni kuya resolved . Tas yung dispute ko sabi nya e credit nya para maaply sa bill ko ngayun bakit wala!!! STRESSFUL PO.

Maayos naman ako nag babayad sa inyu bakit ginaganyan nyu ko.im taking it personal kasi maayus ako na consumer. Yung app nyu pa email email pa kayong nalalaman wala naman nag ff in 24-48 hours!

Baka naman paki resolve netong issue na to! Andito ako kasi wala kahit nga mismong office na pinuntahan ko di inayus tong problemang to.please lang paki lang po paki follow up naman parang awa nyu na.

Preferred solution: Please Honor what loyalty offered to me last 12/22/20!.
