I reported an internet issue last Aug-29 at 5AM. I requested to get a technician visit and someone came in the afternoon that same day and found out that a wire was cut going to the box and needs to be replaced.
It was raining that afternoon and they advised to come the next day. I waited, and no one turned up. I called their hotline, and you can't speak to a person. Then I received notification that it was rescheduled the next day.
I am frustrated as it impacted my work.
Then another promise made saying they will make sure to visit today Aug-31 and again, no one came, no one notified.
I will make sure to tell everyone I know how you operate and will make sure the people I know to transfer to a different provider.
I will terminate my service with Globe and will even pay the termination fee just to get out from this.
This is ridiculous, and I have been paying the bill religiously without any hitch! and this is what I will get in return!

Incompetent and unethical
I had Globe home internet. I lived in the middle of Makati and yet the speeds were terrible.
I had to repeatedly ask for tech support. The customer service is atrociously unresponsive. And then when I had to move, I repeatedly asked for disconnection, only to be ignored. Three months later, after I'd already moved, Globe finally disconnected.
But then sent me the bill for the three months. I complained to a Globe representative and sent proof of all my requests for disconnection, and the rep repeatedly said in writing that the bill would be waived. A year of silence later, I end up receiving an emailed collections notice! And I no longer lived in the Philippines, so the ways to pay that were indicated were not possible for me to do!
It took me hours of frustration and wasted time to try to resolve this. I finally found a way to pay just to be done with it.
But it is unconscionable that I had to pay anything! I am really angry at this company for their rank incompetence!!!
