I can't understand what's wrong with your system. I was startled to see Load watch telling me that I am being charged Php5.00 for using the internet service when my cellular data connection is turned off. I am using our PLDT home wifi all the time and even checked my settings immediately to confirm I am not connected to your data services. This was not the first time. I was barred of using my line since June. In line with that, I haven't used my line since June up to now. But I received an E-bill indicating my bill for July to August which I did not get any benefit from it. Sus Globe, nawng kaayug kwarta.

I subscribed 5MB LTE and pay 1599/month since beginning of July , but the service only up to 0.5 MB the all month , I have call Glob service more than 3 times , They promise to conduct a remote site test , but they never do it , and promise have technician to feedback me , but never!! Globe has another way of milking their customer. I kept on receiving message regarding free SPOTIFY for 30 days (cant they just ask if we want to register for free spotify muna?) , and then you will received a message that your free spotify is about to expire and they will auto charged 129 per month onwards na, that is if you will not send text to 8888 free SPOTIFY PREMIUM STOP. On 26 June 2016, my prepaid credits in my cellphone is 100. I registered 50 to GOUNLI50 and my balance is 50.00. Ive noticed that after ive registered from promos there i received many text messages coming from 2855 appearing many quotes and thereafter my prepaid balance has lost. Back in Nov 2014, I recontracted with globe subscribing for plan 1799 with 30 months lock-in period acquiring a Note 4 at 8600php. I paid full in cash at the store. - 1st issue I encountered is a month after, I was charged with roaming charges for using data in HK for 3 days that I did not use.
